Keti Papailiou - Director & Social Worker
I am the eldest sister - wise and witty one. I am an accredited Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). I have been a Social Worker for over 20 years and bringing about social justice has become my life. I love working with all people regardless of culture, abilities, age or family backgrounds to achieve what each person aims to. My new passion and goal are improving life outcomes for people with a disability. I have experienced personal fulfilment from the seeing the growth that my daughter has had and continues to have since accessing services through the NDIS. I want to share this joy, knowledge, skill and peace of mind with other participants and their families. I have learnt much from slowing down and seeing the world from my daughters' eyes to build individualised supports together for her growth and confidence. I look forward to getting to know you, and seeing the world through your eyes and understanding how we can assist you in your life.
Anne Sekona - Disability Support Worker
I am the middle sister - popular and networking one. I am an experienced independent Disability Support Worker. I love working with people with a disability. I have learnt a lot and built positive and professional relationships with each of the participants I work with. I always admire participants' strength, perseverance and courage to get through their life experiences. I always look forward to working with each of the participants I work with and grateful that they have chosen me to work with them. It is a privilege. I treat participants like my family. I genuinely care and go out of my way to help them feel happy and successful in making improvements in their conditions and goals. I feel happy when the participants are progressing in the right direction.
Claudia Sekona - Disability Support Worker
I am the youngest of 8. I am the strong and organised sister. I am passionate about creating clean, positive and ordered homes for participants because I believe having a good living environment where participant's needs and wants are met allows for growth and good vibes for participants. I have been working with people with disabilities for nearly a decade. I have worked in many organisations, and I wanted to be part of the development of a service that genuinely looks after their participants and workers to make the world a better place. 3 Sisters Care are all about taking exceptional care of participants and workers.
